Nepenthes ‘St. Gaya’ is a popular hybrid pitcher plant (N. khasiana × (ventricosa × maxima)), known for its colourful pitchers and relatively easy care. A good choice for beginners and experienced carnivorous plant growers alike.

Care guide

• Temperature: ideally 21–27°C; tolerates slightly cooler conditions, but avoid temperatures below 10°C
• Potting mix: a well-draining, acidic mix such as sphagnum moss, perlite and orchid bark
• Feeding: optional; occasional bloodworms or mealworms can be beneficial
